As you may know, The Dayton Development Coalition has spent the better part of a year working with government, industry, and education partners and hundreds of volunteers across twelve counties to create a brand identity for our region. We're doing this so we can tell a true, consistent story about who we are and what we're all about. That way we can celebrate local pride and market our region effectively to businesses, visitors, and anyone looking for a great place to live.
To succeed, this effort needs to accurately reflect our region and the way we feel about it, so we'd like your opinion on the work we've done so far. Based on the results of a large-scale survey of citizens, workers, and community leaders, we've developed a regional brand. The regional brand would be used to represent the whole 12-county, Dayton region.

I think I can come up with some things that "accurately reflect our region and the way we feel about it":
- Dayton: "We wish we were Cincinnati!"
- Dayton, Birthplace of Aviation and... well we haven't done much since then.
- Kitty Hawk may claim "First in Flight", but Dayton is "First in Bank Robberies!"
